Background
I grew up in Charlotte, NC. My parents claim Virginia as their home, despite neither being born there. For this reason, I don't think or talk like most "southerners". I grew up in a Christian household with supportive parents. I took my first programming class (Java) during my senior year in high school. It taught me the fundamentals which helped me quickly learn C++ in college.
I chose High Point University because I loved the small, intimate environment, the engaging and knowledgeable professional professors, ability to walk anywhere on campus, and the quality of the game design degree program offered (at a liberal arts school, no less). I graduated on May of 2016 and I am currently looking to join a team where I can put my AI knowledge to good use, both for the betterment of the company I would work for and improvement of industry as a whole.
